Sea World Resort opens aqua playground

Sea World Resort on Australia’s Gold Coast has unveiled its new AUS$1m (US$0.9m, £0.46m 0.62m euro) WaterPlay playground.

The 320sq m aqua play area is based on Buccaneer Bay at Wet’n’Wild Water World and includes sprays, nozzles, water guns and a giant tipping bucket.

The playground was opened by Gold Coast Blaze basketball star Juaquin “Hawk” Hawkins and his family.
