The Football Legends Golf Classic is a celebrity charity event consisting of 18 teams of 4 (Stableford competition). All participants will be staying in Royal Villas at Royal Westmoreland in Barbados from 27th September to 3rd October 2009.
All teams will consist of one Football Legend (such as Ron Atkinson, Rodney Marsh, Ian Wright, Frank Stapleton or Dean Saunders) and prizes will be awarded for the winning team, nearest to the pin, longest drive and best individual score.
Proceeds from the event will go to a local school, The Challenor School - which is operated by the Barbados Association for Children with Intellectual Challenges.
