Hundreds for exhibitors, leading chefs and the UK’s best known and most respected chefs’ competition, the Wessex Salon Culinaire, are just some of the key ingredients contributing to what is set to be a successful Hotel and Catering Show.
Taking place on 16th (10am-6pm) and 17th (10am-4pm) March, the show will see hoteliers, restauranteurs, chefs and caterers descend upon the BIC to taste the latest products, try new equipment, discover solutions and trends as well as compare suppliers.
The Show will also host the WorldSkills UK Cooking, Confectionery and Restaurant Services competitions.
