The second Quest Conference is to be held at Holywell Park, Loughborough, and this year it
incorporates NBS as well. Taking place on the 1st March 2012, it only costs £45 per person exclusive
of VAT, and this includes lunch and an awards ceremony to celebrate success in both Quest and NBS.

A number of industry experts, including Darren Campbell and Miles Templeman, will speak at Quest’s national conference on 1 March next year, during which the first Quest and NBS award winners will be announced.
The categories for the Quest 2011 awards are Quest Plus Best Performance, Sports Development Best Performance as well as the most improved centre. There will also be an award for sites that have been registered continuously for 10 years or more, and an individual long service award for both assessors and mystery visitors.
The National Benchmarking Service awards will be made to the sites in England with the highest score in 2011, for access, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
As well as the awards ceremony, Quest’s second national conference, which will take place at Holywell Park, Loughborough, will include a host of speakers who will discuss the importance of Quest and how it is evolving to meet the needs of the organisation, the local authority and the customers.
There will be educational workshops from the English Federation of Disability Sport, Fitness Industry Association (FIA), Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (IMSPA), and NBS.
