Membership Sales Director Location: United Kingdom Salary: £78 - £84K PA Tax free An exciting management appointment for a very large player in the Sports & Fitness industry in Saudi Arabia, who already operate 100+ clubs with plans to open a new Ladies Only Clubs division very soon. Long term employment security is assured for career-focused professionals. Requirements: A well-educated (degree status and above) and directly experienced professional is sought who will be able to transfer experience from the UK / European Sports Club market over to the same in Saudi Arabia. A professional with skills of adaptability, changes in market needs and strong communication with fellow work colleagues will be vital. Our client expects a current and well experienced Sports Club Sales Director with a successful track record of 10+ years supported with excellent reference. Ideal current and previous employers will include major Sports / Fitness Club operators in the UK & Europe. Previous & successful Middle East experience will be ideal. Full UK/European driving license is essential. This assignment is seen as a superb challenge for an experienced Sales Director / Group Sales Manager who now wants a greater challenge that requires adapting to a new market as well as cultural attitude to Sports and Fitness Centres. Many thousands of Western Expatriates work in the region for the same and many other industries, so 50% of the Club users will be UK/European workers. Big companies operating in the region are also starting to realise the commercial gain of Corporate Club memberships for their employees - this will be a fresh market for you to target! A full UK/European driving license is vital in addition to good references will be required to be seen at a UK based interview (excluding current employer).
