Regional Swimming Coordinator Location: Merseyside, United Kingdom Salary: £19,000 - £23,000 plus bonus Reporting to: Total Swimming Academies National Manager Hours: 37.5 hours (will involve weekend and evening work) Term: Permanent (fixed cover) We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Total Swimming Academies Team who will coordinate the Learn to Swim provision across Merseyside. The successful applicant will be expected to increase learn to swim and swimming participation opportunities to cover all age ranges from 3+ and promote the teaching programme to a wide audience. Applicants will possess an ASA/STA/UKCC Level 2 Swimming Teacher Qualification or equivalent. With previous experience of the delivery of aquatic initiatives, you should be able to prioritise your workload, have good organisational, planning and communication skills, be educated to A-level standard or equivalent and have good experience of partnership working. The successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced check via DBS.
