Duty Manager Location: Horsham, United Kingdom Salary: £18,000 pa + membership sales commission Closing date: 23 Aug 2017 At Bluecoat’s we focus on the employee as the most important aspect of any role. The Duty Manager is responsible for the successful operation of the facilities by supervising the operational team to ensure the building is safe, clean and presentable. * £18,000 per annum plus membership sales commission * Free membership of facility * Free lunch during term time * Free car parking * Training & development You must be qualified to at least Management NVQ Level 3 Ideally you should have one year's managerial experience in a leisure related customer facing role. Excellent telephone manner, great communication skills, organised, numerate and IT proficient, calm under pressure, are essential. A valid RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification would be desirable but not essential as full funded training will be available.
